This will have to suffice until you can come by meet with our staff, and see the facilities first hand. Our tour hours are 10:00AM to 3:00PM Monday - Friday, and 10:00AM to 12:00 noon Saturday.
You’ll see our Maroon and White sign as you approach us on Dell. You can either park on Dell Avenue or on the parking area in front of the main house/reception area.
Enter the kennel reception/office at the maroon door, and you’ll find someone there to welcome you.
After entering the main kennel area, you’ll see our popular “PlayTime” area on the left. This is a double fenced, 12’ x 25’ - 300 square feet area for your dog to stretch out in - get some romping done - and have fun either alone or with one of our staff. It simply provides a change of pace during an extended stay with us. It is roofed, so that your dog or dogs can go to “Playtime” in any kind of weather. Toys are everywhere - your dog will find several favorites in the toy box!
Our complete boarding facility is totally roofed over for protection from the weather elements, and surrounded by 8’ fencing for security. Your dogs have free access to their individual runs and sleeping quarters at all times. The majority of the sleeping quarters have radiant heat when needed,and all sleeping quarters are well insulated. Blankets are provided for all of your pets. Roof turbines keep fresh air moving, and several skylights provide daylight. Every dog has its own sleeping quarters and private run. Our runs vary in size to accommodate dogs of all sizes. Most dogs are comfortable in our 3’ x 15’ (45sf) or 4’ x 15’ (60sf) runs. The giant breeds enjoy the space of enclosures up to 14’ x 15’ (210sf).
Cats are housed in a separate building that has a steady flow of fresh air via a roof turbine and wall- exhaust fan. Our sizable cat dens measure 8' x 2' x 2', plenty of room for their stretching, and their toys, bedding and toilet.
